Flipkart managed to deliver the product in record time of less than 18hrs - nothing can beat that. 5/5 for Flipkart. Product is not as good as expected in terms of functionality. I exchanged my old Samsung washing machine (fully auto) which was much faster and used to clean the clothes better. This new machine's rotation of the drum is too less and hence clothes dont clean properly. The active wash tray is a waste. The machine makes considerable more noise than the old one. I think I should have just kept the old one even if it had becomes old to look at. Samsung should improve the way the machine works rather than putting stickers on the body.
