  The machine itself is awesome and operates smoothly and almost without any noise. The display looks cool. The delivery of the product, however was not hassle free. The machine was heavy and there were only two delivery guys and were unable to bring the machine to the doorsteps. We had to help them lift it up. But it's not something I hadn't expected.

  Great product. One issue is that I frequently get the 4c error code when water level is low. So, to run this machine, make sure water supply is good.
