The delivery guys are supposed to open the box and show if it is defect free. They don't. They defer it to the installation guy who gripes at it. Anyway, the product is excellent and the delivery was prompt. I can't ask for anything more.

Some design flaws like lowest tray size and lowest fruit tray are difficult to take out.Other than this no problem in last more than one year.

Looking very smart in my small 2 bhk flat, initialy we hesitant about space but it fitted very well in our home, noticed very low consumption of power, built quality is very high class, low maintance, very easy to clean, eye soothning color, fully satisfied.

Amazon took a whole long week to deliver the fridge from chennai to bengaluru. But it was worth the wait. Not a single scratch!The installion was done on the same day. The cooling capacity is very good. It also has a wifi so v can control the temperature through rmobile. Its twin cooling system is very convenient. The fridge doesn't make any sound.It has been described here as the trays can be pulled out easily.. well it cant.Looks very nice in my kitchenHappy that I bought it

Great product! Exactly as advertised, been a couple of months since I bought it. No trouble at all. The best part is it?s features are exactly as advertised. Had a little hassle with delivery because the item was really large, but Flipkart helped resolve it. Wish I would have waited for the Big Billion Day sales though so much cheaper then, but no regrets !

A nice fridge with every sort of feature. Best in range offered by Samsung. And yes 5 star rating to flipkart for its nice and tension free delivery.I live on 2 floor and fridge was of nearly 200 kg so 8 delivery man came to my house and delivered the fridge inside my home and even I had taken open delivery. And of course thanks to bbd 2018. Brought for 60k.Its nearly about available for 80k in market.

Pros. Good lighting, Great cooling. Cons - Doors are very tight to open and close. Very bulk with packing. Check your door openings and space for keeping the fridge.

Buy only if you have a huge kitchen. No complaints so far.
