The product is good and a brand new one. Really washes clothes well. This is a basic functionality fully automatic washing machine with a simple user interface. I am satisfied with the product and its value for money product. Kudos FLIPKART.(only issue was that the product was not delivered as promised). Thank you.

I wanted to buy an entry level automatic washing machine and I went to a few stores near my house to take a look and I liked this particular model of Samsung and I was about to book. Luckily it struck my head to check the price in Flipkart before buying from the store. I opened up my phone and searched the price of the same model in Flipkart app. Surprisingly the price was around Rs.1100 lesser that what the store people quoted. I showed them my phone and asked me why they charge a much bigger price. They got a little impatient and started telling some false stories like if I buy from Flipkart, I wont get the seal on my bill and hence I will not be able to avail warranty. The way they convinced me, I almost believed what they told. But still, I was a bit skeptical. So I went out from the store telling I will be back. Later that day I made a call to Flipkart and explained what happened. But Flipkart assured me, I will definitely be able to avail the warranty. To confirm it once again, I called Samsung service center and specifically told them that I am going to buy from Flipkart. They too assured me that there is no issue regarding warranty. Viola, that's it. Within 2 mins I was done with the purchase. - I made the booking on a Saturday night - I got the product just 2 days later on Monday night (Actually Flipkart was ready to deliver it on Monday morning itself but I was not at home to receive) - No extra charge for delivery nor any tips to the delivery boys. - 2 days later, on Wednesday night, without any intervention from my side, Flipkart arranged a Samsung technician to come to my home and setup the washing machine and show a demo. - Now it's been 2 weeks since I am using this product and I have no issues. - It's butter smooth and operates with minimal sound. - Wash quality is good. Though clothes get tangled at times. - It can wash up to 5 pairs of shirts and jeans. So, if you are also planning to buy refrigerator or washing machine or TV online, don't get carried away by the fake stories the store people tell you about online retailers. I saved Rs.1100 and around Rs.200 tip which will be forcefully asked from me had I gone via the store.

Best automatic washing machine under 15k price. Very compact and really does the job well. No noise, no vibration. Very comfortable machine for a family of upto 4 members. Happy customer !!!

Very good automatic machine for the price. Also comes with fuzzy logic option. Easy to use, buttons are very self explanatory.

It is user friendly machine. Because 3 buttons only is there. So you can switch ON then switch water level then switch washing mode and start. within 45 minutes washing will be completed. No noise, no vibration. Very comfortable machine for small family.

Review after 2 weeks of usage : its just a basic fully automatic model. does the job very well. clean cloths. Collars and Sleeves definitely require pre-washing. only thing the water level selection is manual as there is no load sensor. For the price paid, I guess it is OK. For better wash Quality in the top loading segment, one can go the wobble series W/M. But, its a bit pricey.

I bought this for my mother as a Diwali Gift. It is indeed a blessing for her. She is very happy with the product. She says now doing laundry is a cake walk for her. The clothes get very clean and is hassle free.

It is automatic and easy to use, but cleaning quality is not that great. Plus cloths get shredded after couple of washes if fabric is soft that is not cool at all.

Flipkart is not able to provide solution for fone purchase from them. Buy from amazon or snapdeal. Customer care is worst which is not able to provide solution.

Product delivered on time. But it has turned more than 3 days the service engineer has not yet came for installation and demo.You will have to follow up full day to get the service, they have N number of reasons for not providing the service
