I got this product 2 days back. Have been using it without any hassles. Delivery as always outstanding by Flipkart. The best part about the machine is you put it in FUZZY mode and it takes care of it all. Good product to buy for a family size of 2-3 people.

I got it delivered within one day and installation was done the next day itself. It is easy to easy since I had bought it for my parents and they found no difficulty in using it. Great service by both Samsung and Flipkart.

Excellent product and great service by flipkart. Really happy with the product.

After 2 years .... Works wonderfully, no tangling of clothes. Dries well. Though it gives a fairly clean collar, it is better to brush the collar if it is too dirty. Guess this is the trend with all fully automatic machine. In semi automatic, no brushing is required. Overall satisfied.

Product is good, easy to use, ideal for small family. But guy came for installation from Samsung was more interested in selling expensive machine accessories like Trolley & Machine cover.

Bought this washing machine during the big billion sale so got a good discount. The delivery and packaging was impressive as expected from flipkart. Demo and installation was done on the same day of delivery. Initial Impressions: Its a fairly basic automatic washing machine with minimalist control features. I miss the timer display which I feel every WM should have. It has two basic modes of operation viz fuzzy (for regular to heavy load) and one for the light load. Thats about it. So far so good.

I would recommend this washing machine as it is a good buy. The product is totally worth the price. Thanks to Flipkart, we got it for a good deal.
