Very good product.price is worthy of buying this brand.Hardy metal outer body and plastic lid.I bought it yesterday and I am happy to find the same quality which I purchased previously. My previous Samsung washing machine provided service for 18 years. Samsung I suggest the best washing machine in the market still now .

This washing machine has many great advantages1. Low noise level2. Low wobble/vibration when drying3. Biggest plus : It auto senses the amount of water needed to efficiently wash the clothes, you dont have to select the level. This saves a lot of water and also a lot of time when few clothes are there.4. options like soak and monsoon are great for special purposes - e.g. very dirty clothes can be soaked and then washed while monsoon mode makes sure clothes are extra dry.5. great for high pressure inputs like in high rises- some machines will spoil with high water pressureOnly thing I dont like is the soap gets stuck in the soap disposal area and it becomes very difficult to remove.

This washing machine is a nice one, at its price range.It's good for small family. Easy to use and the lid is also sturdy.It's been 6 months now I am using it and so far no issues.
