Simply beautiful. Worth every penny. Delivery was also done well. Only the Samsung installation guy was not knowledgeable about the machine... calibration, levelling, etc... Was only interested in selling some unwanted stuff.

Very useful product and working very well

This machine is totally awesome and completely reliable. Have used it for almost 4 months daily and tested all modes. The wash quality is better than washing by hands. There is hardly any noise. It takes so less water and time. The drum can accomodate upto 16 adult clothes or even more; it's not less by any chance. Eco bubble is great and never leaves a residue. Samsung is a reliable brand and produces top quality appliances. Their support is great. Other brands apart from LG are hit and miss. You can't trust a Bosch appliance either for its working or service even though they claim it's German technology and blah blah blah. They may be good in their own right but just like German cars they are pain in the bottom if you have to service them. On the other hand Samsung is like a Hyundai, great value, great features, doesn't feel cheap, is reliable, even looks good, but not as glamourous as German companies. One drawback of this machine would be that even though it already uses unbelievably less amount of water, on the 15 minute wash cycle and delicate wash modes I found it almost wastes water and its very painful to watch. It can be more frugal there too.

There is no good service from Samsung. I received product on Thursday(9th May 2019). I.e 5 days completed. Till now no one turned up from Samsung for installation. I'm calling them, they are giving worst response from Samsung. Please don't by Samsung products.Pipe length is very small.
