I have brought just 10 days back this machine in local dealer after waiting on long time (30 days)from flipkart due to non availability of same product. Its surely very low noice compare to other brand( excluide LG direct drive). washing quality also very much impressed comparing to IFB which is using in my home town. @Flipkart: Suggestion: 1. please have a option for customer demand of product which is not available with you, and try to deliver if possible. 2. The spin speed is 1000 rpm max. But in specification u mentioned.Maximum Spin Speed 1200 rpm 3. Samsung giving 36 month ( 3year) Comprehensive Warranty. U have mantioned 2 Years Comprehensive Warranty.

I bought this washing machine by read these review, but i found that the noise is much then like anything. When i called samsung call center and one engineer visited and he told me that,this type of sound came may be after 5 to 10 yrs old washing machine may be.I am surprised that i buy a costly washing machine for good quality. its only two moths old.

I am using it from last 6 months. Suddenly from the last 2 months it stopped working with UC error. Technician visited and suggested for a stabilizer and even after that this machine doesn't work. My home is getting around 250 volts which is 5% more which is common as per electrician.This Washing machine doesn't handle 25% voltage fluctuations as shown in the description. I am fighting with samsung technician and customer care that the problem is with the machine which is unable to handle little bit of voltage fluctuations. I have raised multiple tickets/requests with them which is of no use they are not agreeing that the problem is with the machine.Now I do not know what to do which i have spent more than 25k on this piece of s*** from a local store.Stay away from this product. I recommend to go for other brands!!ThanksSrihari
