Works great for up to like 5.5 kg. Super smooth. Delivery was on time and received proper guidance from technical team. All you need to do is to call samsung and inform them about your purchase they will arrange a technical exper for your guidance on your time.

The washing machine is great(Although I have been using it only for a week and we have already used it over ten times). Washes all sorts of clothes well, handles them gently and I am glad the magic filter does what it is supposed to.

Inlet pipe for filling water provided by company is 1.25m, earlier Samsung provided 2m inlet pipe. This needs to checked before buying as if you buy a 2m pipe from the company they charge an extra Rs750/-. For many a small inlet pipe may be unsuitable and no specifications are provided in online machine specifications. Offline purchase allowed for getting the suitable length inlet pipe immediately at no extra cost.
