  Thank you Flipkart for the Big Billion Days Sale. Got the washing machine as per schedule on 21/10 at 7.20a.m. There was no power and we informed them when they called us. But they said they would deliver and they did deliver as promised to the third floor by climbing the stairs ! The service engineer from samsung called on 22/10 for installation and completed the process at 4.30pm on 22/10. Being an auspicious day, we inaugurated the machine on the same day. Thank you flipkart for making my purchase smooth and giving it at a very competitive price. Looking forward to many more such offers. Best wishes

  Product is awesome, but the waste water pipe was so delicate and it started getting punctured at many places with just few rubs on the floor. Had a mini Flood in the work area and took some time for its cleaning!Bought from QRS Kochi, got it on 3rd day of order, but QRS charged an extra 200 for its delivery.
