Design and easy of operation are good. It's the glass door provided and glass is scratch resistant than fiber. Go for 7 kg variant of you can afford other wise this is enough. Water pressure is required for smooth operation. Watertank should be above 3 meters.

After having a long research i decided to purchase this machine. For my family of three including me, it does the job in perfect manner. No noise, vibrations or irritating sounds. Installation is super easy. Just went through user manual and watched few installation videos on youtube. Amazon dilevery was perfect and on time.

The machine was delivered on time and installation was done by Samsung service person within the estimated time frame with no additional cost. I have tried most of the wash modes and it works pretty well. The heated wash in particular does a very good job of removing tough stains. All in all, happy with the product.

Did not expect from Samsung that how beautiful product this is. Very good looking and very heavy material from Samsung. No noise in runtime. Fully automatic system is so good.

No question about Samsung. It is best. Makes my mom's life very easy. They sent technicians to install at my home.

It is very Silently functioning. Do not overload the machine for obvious reasons viz for durability and longevity. Clean the drum periodically. Ensure that no coins are left over. Preferably opt for extended warranty by SAMSUNG.Carefully used Washing machines work efficiently for a long time.

This is a silent dragon. I mean it. The product design is wonderful, wash cloths amazingly well. I have jeans which I never thought would ever look clean enough was clean as new after washing in it. And it is dead silent doesn?t even feel it?s there.
