Very good size and fits well to the kitchen. Just that the package arrived with a very small dent. Could have asked for replacement but preferred to ignore.

Very poor after sales service

Samsung has totally stopped after sale service. The whole 10 year warranty is a tactic to fool customers. Bought this refrigerator 3 years ago and have made 10 complaints at the service centre in last 1 month but not a single visit or follow up.Company has become too big that they are starting to take customers for granted.Recommend not to buy Samsung.

My Samsung refrigerator in just 3 years, stopped cooling.They changed the compressor, valves, sensors, cleared the capillaries, filled gas at least 4 times but Samsung had no clue why the cooling is not happening.The troubleshooting is also on trial and error,Its been more than a month and they are not able to resolve the issue.Dont buy Samsung. I see others facing the same issue as well.

Bought this fridge 3 months ago and now it has stopped working. The engineers have come in and filled gas, then changed compressor 2 times and replaced other parts. Still it is not working. Everyone is clueless about the problem and I am without a fridge for more than 2 weeks now.The company does not offer the prompt support it was once known for. The customers are now at their whims and fancy.Please stay away from this model of the fridge as inspite of being an expensive model it is zero value for money.

Its a pathetic product. Bought in 2016....frosting started in refrigerator compartment....customer care fooled by advising that its normal and advised me to leave it open for a day till the ice melts....the problem got solved temporarily....meanwhile the problem started again exactly after one year of purchase. The cooling went off....the service guys replaced the compressor but charged me rs 2100 for visit and gas recharging.....but it didnt work out....stopped working within 2 days....then they took it to workshop for capillary blockage removal.....these idiots kept it with them for ten days and returned with a promise that they hv tested and its working fine.....but samsung prodigy.....the fridge again stopped working in next ten days....again they came and said that software will b updated....they did it....but no use....next they advised to change PCB.....see the experimentation strategy.....ultimately on advise of their engineer the solenoid valve was changed by ....now it is working for last one week....lets see how it performs......but friends dont go for samsung.....let them boast of their mobile factories.......my frnds who are facing problem with this model..(in fact the whole K series).....pls ask the engineer to replace the Solenoid valve of the ptoduct....hope the problem gets resolved.....else approach consumer court.....Manoj SharmaGreater Noida

Cooling capacity is low compare to LG.You will not get chilled water.Very Bad product.Sound of compressor is much more than LG inverter Refrigerator. LED light placement is also not good.

Fridge buyers, dont even think of considering SAMSUNG FRIDGES. Bought this for more than 50000 INR and used it for 3.5 years now. Stopped working and absolutely NO SERVICE OR SUPPORT (IN CAPITAL LETTERS) They dont even bother to respond to customers. They took my fridge for repair and correction for 4 times now but still the issue is not sorted out and their mechanics itself claim that they dont know how to rectify it!!Forced to give one star as i cannot give 0 stars!! Investing in SAMSUNG is a sinful waste of money!!

Hi i bought this refrigerator ..Under 3degree centigrade the vegetable box temp is showing 13 degree and water bottles are not chilling ..Is it normal in this model ..Is ur refrigerator showing the same way ..Please do reply

Installation process is very slow.Experience with you is pathetic

Freezer overcools, fridge doesnt cool. Its been 1 month running around support and service to get it rectified, no avail. You buy something worth 70k and expect it will work. Pathetic Service, no option but to go to the consumer forum now.

Less storage

It is horrible please do not buy. it keeps frosting up. Cooling faliure thrice. Have change parts thrice in warranty and now after warranty is over same parts are to be replaced. Feel cheated with this refridgerator. Service person is quick to offer you parts to replace... practicaly to replace everything
