This TV is outstanding in every terms. I won't go into Technical details because if you are browsing this TV you pretty much know a great deal about it already. I will however talk on one issue though regarding 'No Gap Wall Mount". Now this wall mount is supposed to be shipped along with TV but Cloudtail has mentioned clearly on listing that the wall mount is sold separately.You won't find the No Gap Wall mount easily offline. So don't worry because you can always use the wall mount used in SAMSUNG NU series TV. Just tell service engineer that you want to use NU series wall mount and you are good to go. I bought this one one year back in Diwali sale. After one year of usage, I would say, this is awesome TV from Samsung. As usual, was confused to decide between OLED and QLED. But after all analysis and research, decided on this one - long-term durability, sound output and other factors. It has 4k enhancement which enables even HD videos as 4k output. I also started playing XBOX 4k games and the gaming experience is fantastic with zero lag.Overall I would strongly recommend this to people looking for 4k TV's in 1-2 lakhs budget range.

Researched a lot. Go for it. It has actually the features needed for daily viewing especially Indian rooms with window light and over bright interiors. Samsung has done exceptional job in innovating this product.

Product is fantastic but haven?t received wall mount bracket with TV.Pls send this urgently.

Do not buy this tv. Get a oled instead for the perfect black levels, zero blooming,zero edge bleed and for a much cheaper price. Amazon does not supply wall mount with this tv.If you still want a LED LCD, get a cheaper one instead.P.S I went for a LG C8 after one month of research and couldn't be more happy.

Do not buy if you want to wall mount. This is a hoax. Samsung does not have the no gap wall mount and is saying that Amazon must supply when in reality Samsung does not have the wall mount for this in India. The wall mount is Samsung WMN-M12EB No Gap Wall Mount For 55 & 65" Q-Series TVs (2018 Version). There is a huge cost. All wall mounts are provided free. But somehow Samsung or Cloudtail are not equipped to sell this product.

This is a TV for the normal home user. By paying such a huge price, I just can't play my half of media file of DTS format which was working fine with my older Samsung Smart TV which was bought in 2012.Also, this TV is not NAS friendly. The NAS can't be detected as a computer or drive like USB HDD. It's a huge disappointment especially when it's older model was more compatible.I also wrote to Samsung Support but got no help and just got the standard reply that- all 2018 onwards model these features are not available anymore.I am regretting this and now I am trying if I can return the product. This is certainly not a Smart TV and throws lots of limitation.So only buy if you just want TV with standard feature. If you planning to connect NAS and other multimedia device, forget it. It's a stone age TV for Smart TV Software.

Advise donot buy Q Series online, No gap wall mount which is supposed to be supplied along with Q Series TV is not supplied by seller. Samsung doesn?t sell this separately. Flipkart staff is not aware of it. If you buy it online, it will cost anything between INR 20,000/- to INR 30,000/- . Suggest buy Q Series only from authorised show rooms.
