good product from samsung...finish and overall feel is upmarket much better than some other brands..ice maker is a novelty for kids..adequate and differentiated storage spaces..nice dealer support ...but old fridge exchange process is dependent on the dealer

Very good product... best part in the auto ice maker which you will not find in any other ref. You need to put water again n again in in the ice try. Just put water in the container provied in the ref only n it will automatically make ice.

Pathetic response from Amazon and Samsung team. No installation done from Amazon or Samsung technicians inspite of being mentioned in the product that free installation will be provided within 24 hours. Most of the buttons are not functioning and drawers are not smooth.. Overall waste of money.

Received a damaged piece.

The ice maker is not working. Please attend to the complaint immediately. Otherwise i will have return the fridge.

Quality of this product is pathetic. I paid >50K. within 1.5 years had issues with cooling in refrigeration section. PCB and 2 sensors were replaced. But still issue persists. I am told that there new design of Smart convertible is flawed. Hope Samsung is listening and willing to fix my refrigerator for which i paid more that 50K and now it's not in working condition.
