HDMI port and 2 usb ports are available at side. It helps in plugging in USB drive and plugging it out. This was important feature for me. The speaker quality is not of sound bar. But the grill at bottom bezel looks like sound bar.

Picture quality is good. Sound quality is amazing for in built speaker. Good looking and well built. Doesn't look cheap. Difficult to reach the USB and HDMI ports unless you have a flexi wall mount. For this price range, PIP feature should have been included.
