Perfect fridge for a big family

There is no telephone customer care by flipkart anymore. They are forcing to download mobile app. I think this is a wrong step. I am unable to enquire about certain conditions.

Would Suggest not to buy Samsung fridge , Average life is 4 years ,then gas leakage problem comes . Personally had Samsung Fridge Model no RT28GCTS1/CTL . No After sales service . Fridge repaired for 2 times each times costing 3000 rs . Samsung does not have its own service centers so they are least bothered . On Contacting service center they have no Escalation matrix . Just gave me service center mail id shradhasales@gmail.com ! better stay away from samsung if you need not want mental pain .

We bought this fridge. The body near the vegetable basket tore within 6 months. Cracks are present.We tried to call the service center . The only response that they too was they wanted to paste a strap on this. Very bad product and worst service Samsung India.
