I have been using this fridge for a while now and this is very good fridge which comes with inverter i.e even if there is a power cut for 10 hrs it stays pretty cool inside.

Product was same as described in flipkart. got delivered within 4 days. and i got this refrigerator at Rs.31,000 during Flipkart Big Billion Days. In retain outlets like Croma, Reliance digital it costs around Rs.36,000. Everything regarding product was very good. no complaints at all. can buy for sure.

Bought this Refrigerator from an Authorised Samsung Dealer.Let me tell this.This Refrigerator is the best in its class.It will never disappoint you.The Cooling is just too good.THE SMART CONVERTIBLE FEATURE of its Freezer section is the best.Although LG has copied this Technology(Smart Convertible Technology), but SAMSUNG is way too ahead in its class.In 1 Sentence, "JUST GO FOR IT"

Quoting the note from the warranty section "1 Year Comprehensive and 10 Years on the Smart Inverter Compressor from LG" LG is giving warranty for a samsung fridge.

I have ordered this product from past 11 days. Flipkart promised me to deliver this product within 6 days of time, but still I have not received this product. If I am asking the customer care what is the status of my product they are telling we don't know the status.

Refrigerator's Freezer compartment is having issues like Watery Particles inside no Complete Freeze. Service Engineer is recommending so many trials to come out of the issues but no success. Worst Product. Expectations from Samsung Brand Value ended is a disappointment. Do not recommend this Product.

The refrigerator is found to be dented, damaged, and broken all over when technicians came and un-packaged it for installation. Replacement request made. Feedback is awaited :(
