2 stars only for look..... Otherwise as samsung described product as 5 in 1 convertible model, freezer can not be convert completely as fridge section, temperature can't be above 0 degree as fridge (as said by demonstration person)So this convertible technology is only a marketing gimmickDon't go for samsung only for this feature as we do 😕

Substandard product and don't go for itNever buy this product or a Samsung fridge. Product quality and after sales service or response is just worse than dirt. Serious cooling issues and frequent ice formation in cooling chamber lower compartment. Within a month of purchase fridge didn't work and there was no response until I escalated to CEO office and they just repaired I asked for replacement. Since then 6 times same problem repeated and every time fridge was non operational for minimum 20 days causing serious issues at home and damage of flood and costly medicines . Multiple escalation and no one bothered to call or attend . Thoroughly annoyed and I will never ever recommend to buy this product or Samsung fridge

Within 2-3 compressor is gone. Poor quality. Didn't expect this from Samsung.

Don't buy Samsung Smart refrigerator. In 1year freezer stopped working 3 times and Samsung demands money for repairing the new refrigerator ( solution was to shutdown refrigerator for 10 hrs and then start and thenissuenis the DUMB refrigerator over cools even if you use it at normal temperature and it does not defrost so powering off is the only solution. Now that's a bad design if the fridge cannot defrost without shutting it down!!! ) . My experience is all Samsung smart refrigerator with touch button are faulty design and within 1 year they start failing.

I had no issues with product. Actually had a bad experiance this time. Its a bad idea to order any electronical appliance and large appliance from online shopping apps. We had ordered samsung RT37M5538S8/TL but recieved samsung RT37M5538S8/HL. acording to my point of view amazon is good for shopping small iterms....
