Fridge is very good and nice. But problem is with the transport., There were 2 very minor scratches...

This model of Samsung refrigerator is awesome. Value for money and also I have bought this in a discount and got at a pice of 30,000/- The feature I love is cooling control, this feature is another level.

I initially got a damaged product, inspite of the option of customer inspection during the delivery of the product. This was bcoz, one of the stands at the bottom of the fridge was distorted completely. However Amazon has consider d my request and replaced a new one, which is really appreciable. And coming to the fridge and its quality, it is very good so far and it serves my purpose.Storage capacity, mainly the conversion facity is good feature.

The fridge is nice well built and has a lot of storage space Samsung people came in the next day for installation and now working fine

Great product by Samsung.

Bought in August 2018.PRO's1) Looks good2) Is spacious. Very few other models/brands have similar capacity options available. Freezer is very big. Vegetable section is big enough to hold multiple days items.3) Freezer can be converted into refrigerator section for functions. However I recently had a function and did not feel the need to do it as the refrigerator section is large enough to handle small family gathering.4) Samsung support is responsiveCON's1) This is supposed to be a less noise model as advertised on the listing itself. However I would not agree to it. My earlier 7 years older videocon refrigerator made less noise. This model has 2 status - either it is silent or it makes a lot of noise randomly including sound of popping, water flowing, heavy vibrations.2)Raised multiple service requests for the noise problem in these 4 months but when the technician visits, either the refrigerator is not making noise and I do not have control on when it will make the noise OR the technician will start an app on mobile and record the noise and state that he will update the service report. In both the cases, I have now realised that they do not know how to identify the root cause and resolve the problem OR it is a known issue to them and they have no intent on solving it.VERDICTI would not suggest this as today almost every refrigerator will give you the cooling, but the noise levels are not something we need to compromise on. Also the freezer convert feature seems like a feature which will never be used atleast by me who is an average family customer.Hope this helps.

Not as per my expectation

Worst product ever it has major internal issue. Faulty power and it got blast and burnt after just 2-3 weeks of use. Have filed complaint but still no replacement. You will be putting your family's life in danger buying this. When the incident happened at my place kids were close to the place. They were frightened and this will stay in their hearts forever. My suggestion AVOID THIS ... ban SAMSUNG for negligence / putting life in danger and not even replacing the product. WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. BELOW 0000000000 RATING

Big Items from Amazon is a bit luck. Amazon provides a lengthy solution instead of making it smooth fixing.

The delivery/logistics people shall be made to pay for the damages.....thees unprofessionals treat the item like iron ball .

Damage or dent on the top door

Received with a dent on the side of the refrigerator.

Received damaged product, even after several complaints neither amazon nor samsung has sent any technician to fix the issue.They have raised many service request and later closed automatically without sending technician at site.Also no one has turned for installation, finally they asked me to do it ourselves and they will guide on video call.Worst product and worst after sales service by samsung and amazon.
