Delivery and package is perfect.Time to delivered the product.but invoice what is in online the same print attached on the box there is no original invoice... in case any problem on feature Original invoice is required...

Yesterday it is Installed in my Home.Looks very good quality,Ports,Parts like remote,cables etc..USB port is working very good.Clarity is good in Dark also.

It was nice TV. Real Full HD Quality as the mention. Support almost all Video files via USB. Giving 1 star less only due to sound quality is not as good as I expect.

i have purchased this tv in August.. and now in nov. there is one black spot which is visible on picture screen. Then I contact samsung customer care they are telling to replace.. but i dont want because they replace my picture tube with the repairable one... its like new but its the repairable one only.. They take my new picture plate and then submit to samsung repair center where it is repaired and similarly transplant to other customer and this process follows...

I have seen the Display panel issues with this TV ..even My TV got LED pannel issue not all get it but once you have the problem its 14 to 15 K ,,please dont take the risk of buying it

We bought this TV on 28 April 2016 from a shop at 34000. It was the only piece displayed in the shop. After few months we detected two color patches in the screen and reported to Samsung through the vendor.We got replacement of the display panel with another one and no samsung logo on that.They give a product bill of INR1800 of that part BN95-02019ENow the TV is unbranded.The funniest thing is that one year warranty will expire soon.We have to renew the warranty for one, two or three years with its cost.Not much good as of the cost.

I bought this TV mid July of this year (2015) from a Samsung showroom and recently a lot of small black patches appeared on the screen. I gave a complaint to customer service and they ensured same day inspection (kudos to Samsung CS) and the service engineer in a split second said panel is defective and started processing for a free in warranty replacement. The fact that he didn't try to wipe the screen with a cleaner proves that this model has a defective screen and is wide spread.Anyways, the Samsung customer care has promised to refund my money. Lets see!! Will update this post soon.

very cheap quality product .,dont go for it.same panel problem which is very costly to get replaced and it went black after warranty is over.

I bought this TV 23-MAR-2014 for 36K. The product is now out of warranty. All of a sudden the Display of the TV went Black but audio is fine. When contacted Samsung service they said the LED panel is gone and it will cost me 14,000 Rupees fix it. In order to inspect the TV they are charging 600 + 14% Vat extra. Samsung is not ready to give any concession on this as they keep on saying that the product is out of warranty. But if a 15 months old TV is met with such big fault, I'm not sure what the quality of the Product they are manufacturing is. Most frustrating reply from Samsung is that these things will happen in electronic product? They don't seem to be care about the quality of the product they sell at all. In fact when I bought this TV I was told that there is no need of buying an additional voltage stabilizer as the TV has got an inbuilt one. But I did buy a voltage stabilizer and connected it to the TV. In spite of all these the product went fault. NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS PRODUCT.
