There is no cooling pad provided.. I have taken the refrigerator for that purpose only as my single door refrigerator doesn't have that facility.

The description on the samsung site and on the flipkart site are different. Whatever was shown in flipkart site was delivered to me. I am not sure if it is mistake of samsung or of the seller. The product ID is same as in samsung site but the discription on samsung site and that on the flipkart site are different. please make sure that the model you want is same in flipkart. the seller sold what was described in this site. But that doesnot match with description at samsung site. i wanted a fresh room to be included in refrigirator, which on samsung site says it is included but not found in the flipkart site. After This, i cant believe how samsung site can maintain incorrect information on their site. Or it the seller who is fooling us. No one knows. no one takes responsibility once you buy

No door alarm, leg broken

Bottom back right side has dent on it..

The product had a dent on body and the box box inside doesn't fir properly...
