Product is good. But Wish i had brought a convertible one, as the upper chamber is big and we are unable to store any other items in it, it freezs very fast

Purchased this on October 28th (under no cost EMI offer) and got delivery within 24 hours in spite of Diwali festive season.. Flipkart placed an installation request the same day as delivery. Samsung executive came within 2 days and gave a thorough demo about the product. Regarding the model we purchased, the door compartments for large cold drink bottles is moved up so that you don't have to bend to fetch them. There are user friendly settings for summer and winter seasons. The compartment to store ice cubes is movable which helps increase freezer space when required. It also has a convertible freezer section which can be used as refrigerator if required. Cooling is fast. Haven't got the electricity bill to comment about the energy consumption. But the rating tag says it will consume 243 units in a year.. All in all, happy with the purchase so far..

Buying from samsung is the best idea. they have a tie up and provide hassle free installation n delivery in the next day itself + tension free complete samsung warranty service + insurance... what more to ask for ?other electronic companies really need to learn from samsung on how to operate. regretting buying items from ONIDA/WHIRPOOL/IFB etc which products are so faulty and the service people simply dont bother and make excuse one after another and even say online purchased items are not elegible for warranty.... thief companies are selling all the faulty items online. why are they even selling online of they cant give warranty?In samsung when you raise any small complaint 2- or 3 ppl from samsung call you again and again to ensure it has been fixed... KUDOSSamsung phones are burning but home appliances are rock solid!!!!!

I got at rs 21,500 from local dealer and its very good product.Pron :1) Stylist design, look2) 3 Star with inverter so we compare this with other brand 4 star refrigerator3) Ice Max is removable so get more space when require.Cons :1) In Door - Bottle rack is too big(in length), generally we not keep 2.25lt 4-5 jar at a time. Bottle rack should have only for 2 jar

Product review based on 1 week usage -PRO - 1) The item is a 3 STAR consumes 243 units per year.2) Quite big for a family for up to 4-53) Chills quite fast4) Runs on Digital Inverter Technology which ensures low electricity consumption and also longer compressor durability.5) The Ice Box section can removed so that the entire freezer can be used for storage.6) The bottle racks are spacious enough and build quality is very good.7) Noisefree.8) Looks very good.Cons - 1) It has no lock system installed.2) The racks along side the door could have been more well designed.I got it at Rs 21500 and at that prize it is a very good deal.

All things are good from Flipkart and Samsung but installation was little bit delayed from Samsung

Satisfactory performance.. Installation and demo is just waste of time, it's a normal refrigerator so just plug it and start using it. I don't know why they mandate to get it installed by their person.

The fridge is actually very small . and the door bottle rack are loose they keep falling .

Delivery was pathetic

My Samsung fridge broke is dripping water and service center is not repairing it even after taking charges. Quality is pathetic !! I am going to consumer court.
