  I will have say that Flipkart Delivery was extremely fantastic... The time slot which i requested for deliver was honored by the EKart Team... The person who delivered was very really good as he was very approachable and very much supportive... TV was delivered and the installation team from Flipkart was here at 5 and they fixed the TV aswell... Another feather on the crown... Hats off to Flipkart... and their team... Also the person came for installation was very much approachable... Third is the person who helped me to choose this TV (Flipkart Sales team).. These guy (i am sorry buddy i forgot your name) was awesome and he was explaining all the details what ever is required to finalize the TV as Flipkart was providing so much of offers and i was confused what to choose... Coming to the TV and its performance... Awesome... Picture quality is stunning at this cost... As usual Samsung stands tall... Navigation of Remote is also really good... was able to play most of the format via USB Pathetic Audio was not up to the mark... Looks like we are hearing a mono sound... but it is loud...

  Bought this product couple of days back. Excellent delivery, with the delivery team being courteous and helpful. They showed me the product and ensured that it doesnt contain any defects etc. The flipkart team registered the installation request with the samsung center and the installation guy was present within few hours of the product delivery. Meanwhile flipkart kept me informed via sms about the status of the proceedings. Using the product from past 2 days.. it seems nice and good. The speakers are nice and also the picture quality is great.

  Samsung after sale service is worstttttt. Please do not buy or suggest anyone to buy this product!!! Had to beg for installation and demo...that to after so many follow ups...please buy other brands but not this one..Bangalore Samsung after sale is worst.....Waste service

  firstly,i bought it with an exchange offer.it was delivered within 36 hr and even technician has arrived within 2 days ....coming to the quality :it has good clarity and good looking angles ..also sound quality was really good and impressed mainly in DTS mode .it has detected my 1tb EXHD ,has played all the movies (supports all formats).if you are looking for small budget with 24 inches then go for this product you will surely satisfy ..finaly a best product with really superb sound quality makes good .. con:only thing i have noticed that it doesnt looks like 24 inches display .it looks like 23 inches but im not sure with that so this can be neglected
