I have ordered on 03rd July 2020, received 5th July, installation done on 6th July at Howrah, West bengal. Samsung team done great job, well knowledgeable. They have cleaned my bed, floor, room after done whole in wall. As my installation was free so they have charged Rs. 1200( 700 for outdoor unit stand, 400 for wrapping,Rs. 30 per ft drainage pipe, I have taken 4ft). Ac is cooling nicely, my room is 170square fit, but take only 6-7 mints to cool.

Really good ac and cooling is very fast . but the only drawback is it's indication light which is very bright i used to stick sticker on indication light . Else everything is very best .

I bought this ac on INDEPENDENCE DAY OF 2020 and got it at Rs 33,999 but i really have to say that this ac is mind blowing! Especially its cooling system is outstanding, you will get your room normal cold in 5 to 7 mins, but the others are just okay i mean the energy efficient is quite enough, this ac operates at 2500 w at its 50% cooling and 5000 w at it 100% cooling so you have to buy an extra stabilizer to run this ac at its best performance. Thank you FLIPKART for this amazing ac at decent price!! I want to also say that the installation & demo guys from samsung are very rude, over attitude and try to be oversmart. I request you FLIPKART to learn your 'installation & demo' guys some sense that how to react to your customers.

Cooling is good. I have some issues i.e, The delivery of the product is fast and in time but we have got an issue of installation that it had done but it's not.After raising a issue they have solved it . The power consumption is too high than it has been mentioned in the details. Regarding the remote I think there should be light in it .It is not visible clearly and also the fan speed should be displayed in numericals as that of the temperature. I think there should be an update of the horizontal air flow grils it should close when the power shutdown suddenly so that no dust enters.

No backlit on remote and electricity consumption is too high

i have bought this ac to gift my sister in her marriage and i have never use samsung ac and i was worried but when i have got this ac trust me cooling is just amazing everything is good Flipkart deliver this very early which is unexpected and iam happy only packing part is not good need to improve otherwise superb go for it guy's totally worth it.
