Combining installation cost, 10 year warranty and above all excellent design, airflow and superior remote makes it a 5 star product just under 30k with zero cost EMI. Samsung local installation team was efficient in fixing the appointment as well as installation task. They asked Rs 350 extra for fitting if I opted for my bought support for outdoor unit. So, I had to compulsorily buy the stand from them. But overall workmenship was neat and superior. They visited once again when we had a small doubt about remote functionality. So, in and all full marks.

The Personnel for Installation were very professional althought charged a bit higher for materials but they were very professional and polite people, Installed it perfectly, Cooling is perfect.

Got the delivery on time.. Installation Was Free Everything was perfectly done by the installation team. The only charge was of Stand which was 700 AC is best in this segment

It is a very good deal I think so. Cooling is superb. Both indoor and outdoor are super silent. Energy consumption is still to be seen. Samsung service is super quick in my case. You are gonna get very less features but design is good. Someone may complain in terms of plastic quality but believe me I have seen worse even though some brands charge higher.
