I purchased this tv one year back.. Last week cloudy waves presented in the screen. I raised the complaint to the customer service.. They took immediate action and replaced the old tv with new tv.. Excellent customer service.. Thanks realme 🥰🥰

i just bought a new TV 8 months ago. After 6 months, the TV had a screen problem and was sent back to the store for repair. Now, for almost 2 months, there is still no news about the TV being repaired or not.

They are working on since one month on on my service request. On high priority for last 10 days..

Honest review after using the realme TV for 11months. Lines appeared in 9 months. Customer care says the realme TV is failed so they would replace the TV. But 2months waited no use. After sales service is ???. Attractive but waste of money. Complaint Number C1012111300241

Bad experience .so pls dont take real me tv

I bought Realme TV 43" before 10 months and I have been registered the complaint one month ago but they were not responded Upon several calls they only told me to wait as the parts were not available. I have not seen such kind of after sales service of any company because it is even below worst. I must have to appreciate here the brand value of other TV companies like Sony and Samsung because Realme does not even stand in front of these companies. I am using Tvs of these companies since last 5 years and I have never faced any single issue till date so again I highlight the importance of brand value because they have fear of their market image also which Realme does not has. I have make the biggest mistake by purchasing the Realme TV so I suggest don't get attracted by lower price of such companies and always prefer to go for reputed brands whenever purchasing any good.

I bought Realme TV 43"on decཐ, but on Aug, 21 it is found thatthe display is not working. On 26 th Augད I put complain online and since then repeatedly I called custmer care but they are always Telling me to wait for some time as parts not available but not yet replaced the pannel. Regret to buy this product,after sales service is also worst.

Purchased after six month tv has been perish . on june 2nd week i have been registerd the complaint till now(28th aug) they were not responded and they have treated customers are fool. no any other action from their side so any customer want to purchase android tv first you ignore the realme company .again i told you worst service i have ever seen

I bought Realme TV 43" before 7 months, since then twice I faced software issue. From Jun 2021 the display is not working. Upon several calls now they told me to wait till sep.2021 as parts not available. Regret to buy this product,after sales service is also worst.
