It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Realme 14x 5G runs Android 14 and is powered by a 6000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme 14x 5G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 14x 5G on the rear packs 50-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor.
