Realme brought its latest 14 series to India in January with the Realme 14 Pro and 14 Pro+. The new phones bring improvements over the Realme 13 Pro series but are now slightly cheaper than before. The Realme 14 Pro+ sits at the top and comes with a new chipset, improved design and durability, a larger battery, and slightly better cameras with some alien-looking flash setup. I've been using the phone for a couple of weeks now, and here's my take on the latest flagship Realme number series.
Realme 14 Pro+ 5G Summary
Realme 14 Pro+ 5G mobile was launched on 16th January 2025. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.83-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1272x2800 pixels (1.5K). It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 14 Pro+ 5G on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; an 8-megapixel camera, and a 50-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.
The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G runs Realme UI 6.0 is based on Android 15 and packs 128GB, 256GB, 512GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G measures 163.00 x 77.30 x 8.00mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 194.00 grams. It was launched in Pearl White, Bikaner Purple, and Suede Grey colours. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection.
Connectivity options on the Realme 14 Pro+ 5G include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer and in-display fingerprint sensor.
