Hi I am writing this review after one month of useStrengths:1. Good picture quality just to share this TV uses same quantum backlight technology which is used in Sony Triluminos . 4 K videos are crisp and clear.2. Sound Quality is good.3. Wifi is only 2.4 GHz band support but no issue while playing 4 K videos on YouTube.4. Videos on Netflix etc are also streaming properly.5. Sufficient connectors options except Bluetooth.6. Two remotes.Opportunities for Improvement1. User manual can be better .2. Slight lag in UI response.3. BT can be incorporated.

Display not working within 3 months. Support hasnt been able to fix the issue since last 1 month.

They are saying its 4K UHD, but picture quality is very bad just like any other normal TV, its blurring, Remote is not working properly, User menu like one sheet, it hardly covers any information.not sure how Amazon is selling this product just believing the vendor promises. Person who came for installation does not know how to use the remote.Please do not buy this product..

I agree with the other user.. picture quality is poor .. definitely not rich as 4k. sound quality was quite good though .. and another major issue is with the remote as reported by the other user .. do not buy the same.. when I tried returning it I was told that you cannot return the product !!

After one year Product is not working No Customer SupportAmazon please verified the Product support after sales alsowe trust based on Amazon Product but the Product manufacturer need to Supportwe spend more than 20K for this product if after sale not available means product is not use 28K also waste.

Custmor care was notresponding rca TV. I gave complaint about resound there are not responding worst serivce .dont buy this type of TV
