The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC that is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 onboard storage. The phone supports 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC, and has a USB Type-C port. It gets an IP68 water and dust resistance rating as well

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is all about the quad-rear camera setup that offers 6 focal lengths. The setup uses new Leica Summilux lens. There's a main 50-megapixel 1-inch type Sony LYT-900 camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto with 3.2x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom. There's also a 50-megapixel ultra-wide unit and a 32-megapixel selfie camera
Xiaomi also unveiled the Photography kit for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which is a case that includes a 1,500mAh battery, a record button, focus button, a dial to control EV etc, and a zoom lever
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra saw a global launch at MWC 2024. It is available in a single 16GB RAM + 512GB variant that is priced at EUR 1,499 (roughly Rs. 1,34,500)
