LG G Watch (above) and Samsung Gear Live come equipped with Google's voice recognition service and can perform simple tasks including checking email, sending text messages and carrying out an online search at users' voice command
The Samsung Gear Live and LG G Watch (above) are water and dust resistant, which means you can take them into the shower or leave them on while washing hands

You can conveniently see notifications on your Android Wear watch, without needing to take out your smartphone
Samsung Gear Live (above) comes with an AMOLED display that looks nicer than the LG, but has identical specifications under the hood
Android Wear comes with a bunch of default apps, but you can download more from Google Play. Apps are downloaded on your smartphone but transferred to the watch

The Samsung Gear Live too comes with a proprietary charging connector at the bottom
