When HTC CEO Peter Chou stood at the podium at the Mobile World Congress, his company's investors were expecting something that would stop the downward spiral this Taiwanese manufacturer has seen in the last few quarters. Chou gave them HTC One series smartphones, the company's attempt to reclaim the Android smartphone throne from Samsung. HTC One series, and specifically One X, brings several firsts to HTC's portfolio like Ice Cream Sandwich and a quad core processor. Launched in India at Rs. 37,899, one surely wonders whether it is really worth this hefty price-tag. We will find out in this review.

  • "HTC ONE X" The Smartest Phone
Santhosh Nagaraj (May 21, 2014) on Gadgets 360
I was actually attracted by the royal ravishing make and looks of the phone and .The phone is very fast with its 1.5 GHz quad core processor . The ease of use of the gadget with Android version 4.0 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) preinstalled and is now upgradable to v4.1.1 Jelly Bean is very great and remarkable. The chipset Nvidia Tegra 3 is good news for one who likes to play games on the phone. The phone has 1GB of ram and inbuilt storage of 16 or 32 GB it is sad that it lacks card slot. May be If it had a card slot it would have attracted more Indian customers . The phone has a very good camera of 8 MP primary and 1.3MP secondary camera . The camera Interface of the phone is also appreciatable in terms of the ease to use it . The HTC one X has a remarkable display with ~312 ppi. The phone has Beats audio system and it is happy that the speaker is in the front near by the secondary camera so that we can enjoy a video by placing the gadget on the floor or a table. The phone has NFC facility which helps with tape to connect , button sticker line up like DIMPLE etc.The phone is highly priced for a common man but it is worth the international standards of the phone .The negative about the phone is that its poor battery capacity if you are a traveller then i willl recommend you to buy the HTC Battery bar for back up power. If you ask me to Review the Phone in one line it would be " wanna define Smart phone it is HTC one X"

Great Camera, Better Battery Life, Fast Internet, Superb Beats Audio and Blazing Performance with quad core processor. From the design point of view HTC One X beats the new HTC One..
