Excellent appliance, works great brings down the pm2. 5 to 2-3 from 300+ in 15-20 minutes. Humidifier is the icing on the cake.

With 3 cats, 1 dog, and living in Delhi..... you know an air purifier is needed. Plus I have sinus and allergy problems. This one has been a life saver for me, and that too at this relatively affordable price. Can't do without it.

Excellent product.

The purifier is working fine and the best part is the added humidifier function. It?s good specially for dry climate and the water tank lasts for the whole night. LED can be dimmed if required. Also the humidity mode can be switched off if not required. It reduces the pm 2.5 level to less thsn 10 from around 90 with the doors and windows shut. Overall a good product. Only drawback for some people could be the lack of smart app connectivity.

The customer support service is pathetic...suggest go for another brand.specially when you are in Delhi/NCR , where the usage is high.

The air stays dirty even when i used it in a 14X14 room, closed windows and doors.The filteration is not effective although display is accurate. It is just an expensive piece of appliance that is good only to display.1. no filtering, after 4 days continuous running, 0 effect (almost 0) on a room less than half size of this filters capacity.2. no breathable difference in air, location of property: delhi, time: stubble burning festival season, pollution levels: 300+3. delivered results: before filter: 220, after 24 hours running: 180-190.4. The water tank is not high capacity and runs dry in a few hours for humidifier.I will have a custom made filter in our house, hidden inside false ceiling with 8 times the capacity of this one and install good cartridges with quad exhaust/intake ports and ultrasonic/heated humidifier combo. Its better to build your own if you want real filtering, these filters dont work, they are tiny compared to the air volume and misleading in their capacity.

The machine is great clean up the air very quickly and on the lower levels very quiet also the WiFi connectivity is okay, you can change the settings entirely, also the gas dedication works perfect.However, after 3 months the filters are supposed to be changed and the price RUP 6,495 !!! isn?t a penny RUP 26,000 per year you shall consider for the HEPA Filter FY5185 only for the Active Carbon Filter additional RUP 3,995 twice a year is total roundabout RUP 34,000 per year ... its better to change the machine every 1.2 years, or what want Philips tell us?
