Dear customers don't buy Philips TVs authorized service is not provide once your tv repaired waiting more then 2yeras after will not resolved your issue totally your money loos also customer care very worest not received seriously our problem so will plan to another brand best. Actually vediocon was authorized support to Philips now, given service minimal don't trust, fanaly don't go-to this all products

Never Buy Philips anything everI have purchased "Philips 55'' LED TV- 55PFL5059" with 3 years warranty in March-2017.Within a year of purchasing some black patches were started seen on the screen, during the month of July-2018 I have lodged a complaint to Philips customer care and He told me that TV's panel is required to be replaced and once company delivers the panel , TV will be repaired.It has been almost a year of chasing philips and service centre, no solution provided by it.Now TV has been completely black out
