Flipkart's website is good...offers are also good that lures buyers..but the problem starts once the product has been purchased... Also just realised that Flipkart only puts reviews with good ratings on product pages -- other reviews are just junked...giving 5 stars so that atleast prospective buyers will be allowed to read my comments... 1. On product page, they promise next day delivery..(while there is a disclaimer that some delays are likely due to festive season) and by the time you are have made payment - they ask you to schedule a delivery which is by default 5 days down the line...nonetheless, a customer choses a preferred time and schedules delivery 2. Till the date of scheduled delivery, no alerts or intimations are send to the customer on status of the order 3. On the day of scheduled delivery, the customer stays home all day to receive the product but nothing arrives...(though a mail arrived in the morning saying you will receive the product today as per your scheduled delivery) 4. the next day, the customer goes to work and the doors are locked...meanwhile he has informed the Flipkart Customer Care multiple times to please call before coming for delivery....but these requests of customers are not heeded....the delivery guy reaches the delivery address and calls the customer....The customer has to leave office in a hurry creating a mess as the delivery boy says that he will not be able to come back later... 5. after that, while the customer somehow manages to take the delivery, he is asked to not open the package and wait for Philips installation guys...he is promised an installation in 24 hours... 6. Now, after more than 24 hours of delivery there is no update on installation...later (after 24 hours have elapsed and the customer has been calling Flipkart for help all through) - an installation update is sent which says that installation will happen over next 3 days... 7. Now 2 days have passed - and I am sitting with the package waiting for installation as the Philips guys are yet to call me.... WAITING ENDLESSLY AT THE MERCY OF FLIPKART An order placed on October 21 is delivered on October 26 and installation is yet to happen... Had read multiple reviews that spoke about Flipkarts quick delivery and installation support but MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN PATHETIC......While I have been calling Flipkart every now and then to seek updates -- there is no mechanism to provide updates to customers...also all customer requests are just ignored... YET TO USE THE PRODUCT AND REVIEW THE SAME

Loving this and a great deal at a great price. Flipkart delivery was on time. Pros: ? Great Picture Qualityon D2H HD, USB as well as PC through HDMI. ? Sound is good enough for D2H. ? TV design and stand looks beautiful. ? Philips the brand. ? Price. Cons: ? Picture settings are somewhat limited, can't calibrate the individual colours independently. ? Awesome.!! Nice elegant design. Picture quality is good. Quick Delivery by Flipkart as scheduled. Next Day Installation by Philips. Sound quality is not as expected. Volume is a bit low. Better to go to Philips instead of Micromax, VU, AOC, etc.

Thankyou Flipkart for the excellent deal at Rs.29.3K Pros. .Very thin and beautiful display.. Watched movies in Full HD format.. WOW !!. .The most beautiful TV as far as I have seen.Trust me even Sony(My fav), Samsung and LG don't have an offering with extreme thin bezels(border) which was my requirement. .The horizontal Philips branding part looks very premium kind of design.. .Detects USB drives very fast. Movie play is hassle free. .Table mount and wall mount are very beautiful. .Sound is loud enough with DTH connection. Cons. .Low USB movie play volume with select movies only & some movies sounded loud enough.I overcame this limitation by connecting 2.1 music system using 2 RCA male to 3.5 mm stereo female cable to AV out. Works very fine. Very very happy with the purchase.. Excellent value for money..

Received the TV within 1 day of ordering, and just another day more to get it installed. Awesome service as promised by flipkart. Happy about it. Would begin with one negative, probably this is by luck in my set, received a faulty remote control (not quite faulty, but it misses the spring in battery chamber, the Philips executive has made it work makeshift with a conducting wire, and has promised would be replaced soon). Anyways, it does work fine currently. Coming back to the TV, 1. The design and aesthetics is simply awesome. Probably this being a very latest model (Released in September/October 2014), the looks and design impresses way beyond any other tv in this range. 2. Picture quality is simply superb, While the HD channels have got a different dimension of clarity, the SD channels have got a finer touch as well (Pardon, if I am being too biased, but this being a personal opinion as compared to my previous LCD tv and other tvs I have tried out). Haven't quite tried out Samsung/Sony Latest products, so won't comment on the comparable quality of this. 3. A lot of reviews have spoken a bit negative on the sound, but I feel okay with it. Yes, it hasn't quite got superb bass/treble, but c'mmon if that is the audio quality we expect, we can always go for a home theatre, lets not be harsh on the TV for this. 4. 3 Years Warranty is an added advantage for this TV 5. The TV has got quite good response time and hardly lags in detection and mode switches Well, what else do we require from a TV? 40 inches LED TV from the Brand of Philips, with a 3 Years warranty for which I paid 24.5k (after my old LCD exchange), I am quite happy about it and would definitely recommend

Philips TV is a good buy in this price range, for specially who're looking only for Full HD and not concerned about Smart TV features. Flipkart and Philips were very prompt in delivering and installing it. Picture quality, Sound quality and all other TV features are simply the best.

Got the product on 13/11/2014 and the installation was completed on 14/11/2014. Flipkart is Amazing kudos !!!! The Philips executive was really friendly and forthcoming which made me appreciate the service they offer. Now with regard to the TV. It is a delight to watch. The bezels are razor thin and this device is a thing of beauty and statement of style. The stand looks good to top it off. Now coming to the features it is a base TV no gimmicky smart features or 3D which is a pure waste of money since it slows down refresh rates and provides features which quite frankly aren't useful in day to day life. The display is brilliant, though a bit on the reflective side so dont keep it against direct sunlight. The resolution of Full HD is a delight to watch, 240 HZ refresh rate only makes things better as no other TV offers it and its great for sports and gaming (I personally use ps3). The sound is good enough to fill a decent sized room (better than most brands). And philips warranty of 3 years is an icing on the cake. Note :- Here is just an advice, don't buy TV's from reputed brands since the difference in the price is what they charge for advertising. This TV is equal to if not better than the rest. Also, SD quality videos look pixalated (Better prefer a HD setup Box beleive me its worth it !!). For HD videos or streaming there is nothing better !!

ordered 26-Nov evening and Next day product was delivered and Installed before 2PM... Value for Money---100% Flipkart is best when it comes to fastee delivery. TV is great..Thoug sound is low.You need to have external speaker for better sound effect. Overall experience is great.Will strongly recommend this product.

Got the product within a day About product Best in the range i have searched many sites and read many reviews before buying this and i am happy with product that i got. Best part is that Philips giving 3year warranty for the product and Flipkart made claiming the warranty easier.

Excellent clarity and clarity of sound suitable for a decent size living room. Aesthetic wise, best in its class with thinnest bezel. Make sure you have HD connection from the subscriber. Low power consumption is another nice feature which is a low burden on the electricity bill.

Flipkart makes sure that purchasing TV online at their site is an experience better than an in store purchase. In 4 days of placing the order, the TV was delivered & installed. Looks great, the picture quality is great, especially when viewed from front (Slight color variation when viewed from sides - this is common for all non IPS panels). Viewing angles are great, even though this is not an IPS panel. USB plays most video formats, has multiple connectivity options and is easy to operate. Sound is sufficiently loud, never have to turn up the volume over 30. Satisfied with purchase as its great value for money. You must have a HD settop box and channels to really make justice to its picture quality. some downsides...TV does not come with any cables, so had to spend a couple of hundred on new cables. The USB port at back is a little hard to access if the TV is wall mounted, so you might want to buy a USB extender cable so you ca easily attach USB devices, without having to remove the TV from wall mount. I had compared this TV to samsung, LG & Sony brands, all of which cost about 7K to 10K more. And the plasma from LG and Samsung around this price, although are good products , but lack HD experience and lively colors of LED. This is simply the best branded Full HD TV once can but in its price range.

About FlipKart: Delivered within 2 and half days (Ordered Thursday night, I requested to deliver on sunday morning (8-11am) and they delivered it @10:30am. I ordered this LED after doing much research. Also visited the local shops in Pune. But this model was not available with them. For 4000 series they were quoting upto 37000 Rs.I don't understand why such big price difference in online and shop purchases. Any way I am really happy that flipkart delivered me this awesome television as promised. Very good packaging as usual. Got 3390 Rs off as purchased from flipkart app. Also got 3 years extended warranty. Viewing experience is just awesome. No problem at all. I love PHILIPS brand and flipkart too.

I bought this TV only for 23K with exchange of my old TV.I am very happy with this product and flipkart guys are awesome,great service and even better service for Philips people.

Flipkart, is always at its best when delivery of good comes in picture. Superbly packed material. 13th Dec I ordered this product at night and received on 16th Dec afternoon, which is prior to 6 days of delivery commitment. Along with got it installed by Philips on 17th Dec. Product seems to be nice by it shape and size. Still i need to explore the options provided. So cannot comment on this. But for this beauty I went ahead after reading all the reviews under 30K budget. I got this product in 28,040 Rs under exchange scheme during GOSF event.

The display is awesome. I connected my 51cube chinese tablet and my latest CPU via hdmi cables with this TV. I get 1080p 60Hz. I want to know how can i get 1080p 240Hz as mentioned. Now I directly connected my CPU via hdmi with this TV. I watch full HD 1080p youtube videos and feeling good. I have connected Creative 2.1 speakers with my CPU and not on TV. (Because the TV's sound is poor when we connect USBs)

I'm amazed, GOTA FHD 40 inch TV from a reputed brand for 27641rs after exchange and 10% instant discount with 9 months emi intrest waived. Got the TV on time installation was also done one time. FK is awesome. Outside the TV costs not less than 35K

When an hard disk is connected through USB port it is not detected and the tv gets restarted. i have read the same problem in another review. i have raised the ticket for exchange and waiting for it. Flipkart service is awesome, but waiting for my problem to be solved. Update: Thanks to Flipkart, i have received the replacement promptly and the TV is a beauty and unmatched in its price,class and warranty.

Very Good LED and value for money with 3 year extended warranty. Most of the features are there at this price point except two - No IPS Display, hence diagonal visibility is poor. And audio is a bit inferior. Gives much better results under DTH against Cable.

Bought this TV on 8th December 2014 and delivered on 9th December 2014. Philips service center person visited next day for the installation. Quality of the TV is excellent and at par with other TV manufacturer. Overall very happy with TV.

Its been 3 weeks now, i am quite happy with the TV performance and screen size. Its amazing, and viewing angle is really good. Sound quality is good too, you just need to vary the incredible sound setting ON / OFF to vary the sound / audio quality. And most important thing is the service from Philips. I have installed this TV 100 KMs away from Bangalore, and its installed by Philips technician within 2 days of delivery.
