I bought this tv in Big Billion day. It's worth money. Though the person came for installations want money (1100rs) from us , but we denied and install by ourself . It's an easy process. We contact with flipkart and they promised that if extra installation charge paid by us , flipkart will give us the voucher. Suggest to anybody who want a good clarity pics but not to lose his pockets. 10/10 score

The TV is really good.worth spending money on it. The delivery was super fast with flipkart as i got it within 2days from the day it was ordered and within a day it was installed as well Nice vivid colors worth spending on it..Much better that cotsly tvs like LG and samsung

I have purchased this product 2 weeks back. And I am really satisfied with its performance. It detects my 1 TB hardisk with in seconds and play .MKV, .AVI video format. It also has 3.5 mm headphone jack, which is an advantage as compared to its competing products. With in a range of 30K its the best 40 inch Full HD TV.

Today i have placed an order for this t.v.Already undergo a thorough details and picture quality test at some local retailers.Even compared with Toshiba 40 inch led one and found philips the best among them. Picture quality is natural and colour reproduction is awesome.Here i got this t.v at 30K compared to local retailers.But i have to compromise with warranty comes with Philips.I got only 1 year of warranty here as compared to local retailer but though i will have to spend 4k more.But lastly i decided to buy from Flipkart.I already bought this t.v for my Colleague from local retailer after satisfied fully with quality.Go for it.Do not seek LG samsung and sony.

This is a very nice TV. picture quality is very vivid and sound is also nice. Philips is very old and good company. We just purchased because of the company but TV is really nice. Delivery took 1 week at Lucknow it' is the only thing I didn't like...Installation done at next day.

it is a good one for its price .......it serves the basic requirement of a tv! its working fine and installation was done on time! i would recommend this to those who are not interested in too much gizmo stuff! but are interested in basic requirement of a TV!

awesome product . still some cons 1. can not be installed with movable stand if u want to use movable stand only above screws will be bolted 2. sound not as good as it should be don't get me wrong it's not bad but it's not as good as it should be (lacks bass) 3. no aux , external speakers can't be attached . these are some cons rest everything in this tv is perfect it's beautiful the picture quality is v best can't find any difference in picture quality of my Sony Bravia tv and this it's perfectly the value for money .

Picture tube quality very poor. It gone out of order within 5 years.

After one year, Stopped working, warranty is only one year

My uncle bought this television in Sept-15 with a year's warranty, malfunctioned in July-16. Was Certified to be beyond repairs by the company and have been waiting ever since for a replacement. Contacted about 6 Philips executives who kept on transfering with my queries to different people. Was offered a different model for which we have to pay a bit more which is strange considering this model is still available for sale on Flipkart. Even the senior management appears to be indifferent. Flipkart ignored my pleas. Does their responsibility end with a sale unlike our good ol' brick & mortar retailers ??????

This TV worked fine while it lasted but it went out of order on 5th August, 2017 and has still not been repaired 20 days later. By the way, the TV is under a maintenance contract till July 2019. The Philips call centre is useless and is not interested in getting the TV repaired. One technician came on 11th Aug, and said that there was a problem with the TV panel. But even today, 12 days later, no-one from the Philips service centre has been in touch. And the TV lies dead. If Philips is unable or unwilling to repair my TV, then I demand that they refund my purchase price, and the money that I paid for the 3 year maintenance contract and take back the dead TV. Strongly recommend that nobody buys this TV or any other Philips product. Pathetic product. Pathetic service. Pathetic Philips company. Zero or negative stars to the entire Philips company.

Never buy Philips products, they have very dismsal and poor customer care. You will repent afterwards, as I am doing it now. I have approached Philips customer care for repair of my 40 inches LED TV in warranty on June 20, 2017. Till date, the TV has not been rectified. On follow-up, the customer care representatives simply wash their hands off by very politely giving direct contact number of service managers of the concerned area, as if doing great service to us. Is it my job to keep chasing area service manager when it should be attended to once a complaint is registered at customer care. Secondly, the area managers and their team etc are smart guys as they can easily identify unknown numbers as from complainants and so they are never attended to. I have umpteen times tried calling one of those nos of area manager but didnt got any response. Now, above all, the worst part is that service centre keep closing the request by sending messages that due to locked house your complaint is closed ! This is unprofessionalism to resort to lies and falsehood. This way this company is set to be doomed. No one should ever buy Philips TV, please mind and note my words

I brought this TV in August 15, it doesn't support all USB drives and formats. Picture quality is average. Now it's display is gone. I also purchased 2 years additional warranty/AMC. Now it's a 6th day of call log but no one turned up. There service centre is also not responding. Very poor service support. Don't buy this product.
