I am a long time BlackBerry fan & this product did not disappoint me in any way. I use for 80% official & 20% personal.The personal part includes mostly video watching in Facebook. Official part contains mail management, whatsapp chats, calls & twitter. The keypad experience is awesome & you can be fast as you can once u master it. With those shortcut for keys & the swift key, convenience key, launch of any app is much faster than any touch smart phone. just press F & facebook opens. S for Swiggy, T for Twitter etc which u can customize. The best part is the battery charging. Its like 20% to 80% in just matter of minutes. No need to use any cover, case or screen guard. its tough & no scratches with 1 month of use. I am blessed as i got this for 32990 in offer. If the price u see now is more than this, u can wait for Great Sale Days. Trust & buy, you would regret if you had used any BlackBerry earlier.

The product is top-class. It lives up to the reputation of being the best blackberry ever. If you are a business user, who is looking for the very best laptop mobile equivalent out there and is willing to study the features in depth, then, THIS IS the VERY BEST out there. There's really no substitute. One must read the manual carefully and study the phone (95 pages) to benefit from it fully. This is not a phone for the average persona of a smartphone customer (who wants casual use). Phone was well-packed and is done in a tamper-proof manner - good to note this. What I was NOT happy about the purchase was the experience with Flipkart. Following observations: a) there's no price consistency - I saw a couple of figures floating after and before I made the purchase some of which, apparently look to be some sort of A/B testing. Eg. a deep discount "trial run" gave me "out of stock". I called Flipkart multiple times to inform that for a product of this class, and in respect of those who place their trust to make a purchase, some consistent in pricing is necessary b) the quality of customer care needs significant improvement - many of the customer agents have extremely poor etiquette and language training c) logistics - not good. My phone reached Bangalore at 2 am on a given day and by the time it was handover to me, it was a full 36 hours later!
