Timely n perfect delivery by Flipkart. Panasonic washing machine working very well. Good product, recommend to buy.

Product wise i can't say much as it was delivered only 1 day back. From initial 1 day experience, I can say its good. I am giving 1 star to Flipkart service and not the product. Regarding flipkart service, it was pathetic. Never expected such a lazy response from flipkart. The product was delivered to destination city on time, but it took them 5 days after that to deliver to my place. When contacted flipkart to speed up delivery, they told they they can't do anything. Its courier partner who is delaying. If they can't contact to courier, then who else should contact? On other competitor sites, I have seen customer friendly response and they even contact courier partner or seller to prioritize the delivery. I have seen this kind of response from flipkart in the past 5-6 months. They don't care for customer.

Product delivered but no demo arranged on given date........may be arranged immediately

Very bad experience. I had ordered for 7 Kg Panasonic washing machine but received 6.5 Kg washing machine instead. This is a total case of fraud. Secondly, I had requested for replacement but flipkart will give me a refund. I don't know why flipkart changed the action without informing me. Very bad quality service by both the parties Flipkart and the seller OmniTechRetail. Will never buy from this seller. I am really upset with the quality of service.
