• Delivery prompt, the Company silent on installation

  A detailed product review would come later on, only if I am able to use the product. The delivery was prompt and perfect. But only that. Thereafter, no contact from the Company i.e. Panasonic India, for installation of the same. I went to the support page, and wanted to request installation from their Dashboard page, but after filling up everything, the page simply goes unresponsive, or it states that the sub-category is not supported. Strange to say the least. If I finally manage to get through the toll free numbers i.e. 1800 103 1333/1800 108 1333, either the number goes on ringing or it remains engaged for hours on end, and only once when I finally got through, the customer care personnel simply put me on hold and for hours no response. Exasperated, this evening I have written a mail. Let me see whether I get a reply. Hopeless service Panasonic India.
