Product is good but services is bad

Product is good but experience of getting this from EKART was terrible don't buy large appliances from Flipkart as there corier partner doesn't have the right resources to deliver. Specially if you are living on higher floor and don't have a lift in your building.

Updating my review after using the product for 2.5 years While everything was working fine so far the touch panel suddenly developed an issue and it has got set on vacation mode and the panel is non responsive. While the touch oanel looks smart if it is is gonna ruin the expereince of owning the fridge over time then it is not worth having. Review Immediately after purchase: Its a great refrigerator and got it at an excellent price frm Flipkart! Was looking for a side by side refrigerator for a few months. Delivery was managed very well where Flipkart while taking the order asks for the preferred date and time slot and they delivered as per that which was great!

Freezer compartment is accumulating lot of ice when it's supposed to be frost free!
