Product is good. Flipkart response and service is very good. Area which require to be improve is that, panasonic representative call for install and say that I am coming for installation and doesn't decide mutually for installation time and if you are not at home at that particular time they will cancel the installation request. After that you have to contact to flipkart again.

Dont buy led from omnitech retails which is flipkart own vendor, they are big cheater they will send you another product from last 10 days i am regularly mailing flipkart to change the product, every day i get reply that our team is working on that there deadline is already crossed, but there is no resolution from them, the vendor donot know that installation of 40" LED is done on 40" wallmount bracket they send 32" wallamount bracket for 40" led, i have purchsed led on 11th april and today is 21st april, no resolution is provided by vendor neither by flipkart..
