Getting a new refrigerator after 28 years is a daunting task. Previous refrigerator (Kelvinator Corona) was excellent. Its compressor is still good but it was time to get a new one. So here is the review: Capacity- Perfect for a family of 4-5. Freezer section is big so if you do not need a big freezer section don't go for any double door refrigerator unless it has a convertible option like Samsung. Big vegetable and fruit bucket with humidity control option. There are 3 shelves which are adjustable but you can buy 2 more if you need them. Performance- After 2 days working absolutely fine. Zero noise. I have read reviews of other fridge having noise issue but there is none in this. You wouldn't even know if it is on or off. Looks - 5 star. Go for blue one if it is available. Delivery and Installation- On time and installation done by Panasonic engineer on same day within 3hrs. Although engineer didn't spoke much but I had already watched the Flipkart video for the product so it was not necessary. So why I bought this? 1) Warranty (2 year comprehensive and 12 for compressor) is maximum among all brands. Same year of warranty is provided by Voltas as well but I couldn't find any Voltas refrigerator in market or online. I only viewed it's ad which stated about it. 2) This is a Made in India product so if any parts gets damaged or stop working it will be available easily and it will be cheaper than others. The other Made in India product I can think of is Godrej. Verdict- Grab it as soon as possible. See the pics for actual images.

4 star because in other refrigerators there is a feature in which ice don't freeze on the walls of the freezer. i.e frost free feature but here this feature is absent.. Overall feature is amazing

Excellent for people with big requirement for space for bottles. Don't know how this EcoNavi sensor works but not much high consumption of electricity is observed.

�I have purchased Panasonic Fridge 5 days back and within a week I started facing water leakage issue inside fridge. Temperature In Bottom section doesn?t get cold enough to function it properly, though I kept it on 4. It?s quiet disappointing seeing this kind of issues with the new fridge. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

I bought this product two years back, to be precise May 2019. The delivery and installation were fine, But after using it for two years, I had faced an issue. The refrigerator is not working, during a further investigation from the service team came to know the board was damaged. Since I had taken a 2 years extended warranty, I was eligible to get the damaged parts replaced. Then I started to follow up, recently came to know the parts are not available, thus they agreed to return back the refrigerator with cash in return while considering depreciation. I have lost the depreciation amount and extended warranty cost for a refrigerator which I have used only for two years. Now am waiting for them to pick up my damaged refrigerator.........

Most Third class company......and the products is too defective....... The company has no proper service center.... They utilize some local inexperienced garrage mechanic for this service purpose.....I think all Panasonic's products are headache for me..... There are so many trouble and so embarrassing..... So beware from Panasonic...
