Excellent Ac I buy June 2015,super cooling at master bedroom, It's total Cooper condencer or coil,Silent working, outdoor and indoor unit.strongly recommend to buy.

Bought the AC 7 days back. Bought it from local shop as Flipkart is not coming to my place. Coming to the AC, it is superb. My room is in top floor and without ac it is like a heating chamber. But believe me after switching on the ac it took 3-4 mins to cool the room... I was amazed to see that. Other than that its a budget AC with Japanese Technology(which I can trust). The noise in the Room is very low compared the the other AC's. I am very happy with the quality of the product. The outside box is also very well built, you can clearly see the difference. To sum up you can go for this AC without any 2nd thought... :)

I was in search for 1 ton 5 star or 3 star Air conditioner for my 110 sq foot room. For my location only 3 star AC was available. Then I saw this AC. At the time when I bought it there was no review of that product. So, I took risk by ordering the product and it went out to be a good product. It looks so cute and the ODU unit so big and its good for the cooling point of view. Flipkart delivered the product on time and they booked for the installation on behalf of me which is really good. Panasonic arrived next day to installed the AC. The guy that came for the installation was really good and installed the AC within 2 hours. The AC comes with 15 foot cooper which was really great, normally AC comes with 10 foot pipe. So, I don't have to buy any additional pipe from them. Flipkart gave subsidized price for the installation @499rs only . Total bill with the angle bracket was around 2300rs which is really cheap if you compare with other brand. And about the performance of the AC. It chills the room very very fast. Within 10 minutes wow. And the IDU unit is so silent with full speed fan mode. IDU unit has no display unit only the remote displays the temperature. And turbo mode is not there as well. You have to manually set to minimal temperature. Which is ok for the price it offers. Main thing is the cooling which is great with AC. I am totally satisfied with the product.

This producy delivered to me by time line and installation also done by right time. after 6 months i required copy of bill for free service also provided by flip cart. Great service like eevery time. Go for it.

This AC is really wonderful, I already have another Samsung slpit AC at home and compared to Samsung the noise (outdoor unit and indoor unit) is very less, its a noticeable difference. The cooling of the AC is also very good. It looks great. This once has copper condenser coils which are better than Aluminium, you can read the comparison on bijlibachao site. Copper is costlier. Samsung and LG use Aluminium, hence I preferred this AC for better quality and long term reliability. But the after sales service of Panasonic is very bad. A friend had once registered a complaint for his AC, even after multiple reminders for 2 weeks the technician never visited his place. My AC was delivered on a Sat and Flipkart had scheduled an installation appointment for my AC with Panasonic on the same day. No response from Panasonic for a few days, after that I received a call from Flipkart again on Thu to check if my installation was done, when I told them no they again followed up with Panasonic, and finally I got the installation call after a week on next Sat, but by that time I had already done the installation from a local electrician. Flipkart service is really good, they ensured that I got a call from Panasonic and were concerned if my installation was done. They called me couple of times to check if installation was done and the AC is working fine. The AC was also delivered to me just within 2 days. I bought this AC because I know a local AC mechanic who is good, do not buy this AC if u do not have good local technician support. Panasonic call center just takes your complaint on the phone and it gets lost, no technician cares to contact you.

I bought this product from flipkart as their pricing was the best i could find, better than local shops. The ac was scheduled on a specific date, have to say kudos to flipkart for being on time and giving timely sms/calls on what was the status of my product. The installation appointment was done by flippy and the installation was done right on the day i got the ac. Job was done well by the company personal, no complaints whatsoever. The drilled hole was also filled with white cement by them which was great. PRO : 1) Cooling is very good. 2) The flow of air is powerful you can feel it hit you at full speed. 3) The mechanism for adjusting the flow of air verticalhorizontal is very good, better than bluestar etc 4) Quality of the plastic of indoor unit is very good, the outdoor unit is silver in color also very well built and quiet. Cons : 1) No lcd display on the indoor unit only on the remote. 2) Indoor unit has some wind noise when compared to blue star,lg etc not disturbingly high but yes not as quiet as some of the other acs, but hey this ac will throw air farthest compared to others. 3) Remote is basic with small lcd display. No extra features like controlling ac via android phone or mosquito repellent tech,dehumidification etc dont know if these feature actually work but neway they influence a buyers decision. Overall the installation cost me 3200. 499 installation,3 ft extra copper piping at 750, Drainage hose 15ft at 675, outdoor unit stand 850, 450 for 10 FT electric wire. I suggest u provide them the needed supplies as all the companies overcharge for the abv supplies which would cost you almost half if u provide it to them. Cheerio! Bottom line I am happy with the cooling and quality. Would have been better to have some extra features.

Thanks Fliipkart for fast delivery as usual ( within 24 hours of placement of order ) Panasonic CU-UC12RKY3 1 ton split AC is newly launched. It is not listed on panasonic India official website. Performance - Cooling is fast . Noise level of indoor unit is low. Unit is reasonably cheap compared to other brands with same features. I would request panasonic / Flipkart to mention details like 1. Refrigerant (R22/R32/R134a/R410) used .Nowadays R22 is banned in foreign countries as it is not environment friendly. 2. Material (Copper/Aluminium) of condenser & evaporator coil. Overall the product is superb .
