Just started using it. Good so far. One problem is the remote, sometimes the temperature goes from 29 degree to 24 degree directly after one press.

I am a fan of many products of Panasonic. I am writing this on the basis of my experience with products like Split & Window ACs, fully automatic Washing machine, Flat panel TV etc. My latest product 5* 1.5 T window AC is working very well, it is doing is job perfectly well. I have to keep the temperature at 27/28 degrees to feel comfortable. I haven?t experienced this with any other brand AC. My other Pana AC 4* 1.5T split AC is also cooling better than other brand even after more than 8 yrs. Pricing is also competitive.Earlier, Panasonic used to have an Experience center at Gurgaon, that was a very good initiative for product familiarisation & customer education and winning new customers. Co. should reintroduce that initiative.

Product is good however after sale service is very pathetic.Have got call after 5-6 days for installation.

Its a great product, I think the cooling is not as good as other AC in the same price
