It is very Good Product. Side Ducts should be easily openable.

Very powerful cooler.. cooling my 23x15 ft lobby in very nice way.Built quality n fit-finish is best among all the cooler I have seen in the market.Best part removable plastic mesh filters given, u can clean it easily like AC filters.5 castor wheels given for better stability.Cons - Power cord length given is not sufficient. It?s only 1 mtr. Should be at least 2 mtr

Very good cooler little overpriced but quality is much better in the segment. Cooling is good if you using inside the room but if you need more cooling keep it outside the window and your room will get cooled. I am using this on top floor 12X15 feet room size and it is very good for my room even in daytime.Fan is not so good. It's broken 3 Times within 6 months. Replaced by company as it is under warranty but...... star 5 to 3

Deliver was scheduled on 30th May but received the same on 4th jun, when we open the box found that wheels are missing.

Last year I have purchased that product only one month I have used it because I have gone for summer vacation .This year I have used only 10-15 days , it's fan get broken . Now it is not in warranty period .I am not advise u to purchase that product .It's having sound problem also in TV room can't hear voice of TV.

I purchased this cooler through offline in april 2019. After 10 fan blades were broken with huge noise . Got replaced with a new fan blades then after 2 to three days fan is itself not working on around 15 may 2019. Since then after several complaints to customer care and corporate office mail and several talks with the local service head in Hyderabad. My problem not resolved and still pending from 8 months . Worst response from Orient from corporate level to service boy. Cooler is also making huge noise like a mill. Its worked properly 10 days only since then it in musium at my home. Its worth of 10,000/ and worked for 10 days. Then there is no replacement or repaire from orient. May be they are waiting to complete the warranty so that they can charge the repair. Or they just manufactue(bad /worst quality) it and just live it by customer. Worst cooler , worst service, worst product, waste of mony, china products are far better than this they might worke for 2 to 3 month its only 10days for 10000/ hard earned money.

Hi,I have purchased a cooler in the month of April and this is the third time I am facing problem with this. Twice I have got the motor changed and 3 times blades got broken. I have got the complaint registered on 14th September and your technician came into contact who said that their is some problem with your cooler and he will cross check it with orient but to my surprise he closed the complaint without any resolution. Your customer service is pathetic too when I am trying to communicate my problem with them they are not into listening mode and onto providing number of Mr Sunil (9354146380) and you must know that this number remains switch off every time. Orient is proving such a waste company to me that their product is as bogus as their customer service.Pls confirm how can I place a return for this product.Product Name: Orient Electric Knight 70 lts desert cooler

Star is for service not for product. I received this cooler without remote and now no one is helping with the same. It's horrible hot in Mumbai, and replacement is not possible and refund ll take 10 days and remote they can't provide me. It's really not good to buy such kind of product only . As refund/ replacement take a lot time. You can't use it and u can't keep it.
