Using it from last 2 week. Exceptional cooling. Easy to operate and move. Please make sure proper ventilation is there. As all coolers works on principal of evaporation and ventilation.

I bought this after much market research and review, The cooler works good. Is running for the second season at my home..1. Due to tall design, takes lesser footprint.2. Cooler air vent is also at a proper height, in case, you want to beat the heat when AC's cant run on bed.3. Water tank capacity is sufficient for more than 12-14 hours if filled fully upto tank capacity.4. Cooling is good as 3 sided air inlet5. Air filter also has its benefits. Tend to wash it fortnightly and can see all the dust/fine particles getting cleaned on regular basisCons:Whatever, one may say, this cooler definitely generates expected fan noise while running. Don't get mistaken with marketing gimmicks or words of silent cooler.

No remote control given.. But yes simple installation and usage.. Cooling is good enough though not in humid weather much...

The cooler is great, however after 2 months of use the water pump stopped working. I booked a service and the guy calls me at 7 in the morning and does not turn up. Says will come the next day and when I called him he said he is not working and is on leave. Pethetic service I am considering fixing it from a 3rd party service.

Bad smell still continues after two days. Cooling good but too noisy. No remote but in manual they mentioned about remote.After one month i am writing the product review. Dont buy product from MKULTRA. worst seller. cheater

I'm writing after 2 months of usage. It's really a bad quality product. It stopped working after two months and if you look for customer service support then don't go with Orient.
