Oppo Reno 13 is powered by a 3.35 MHz octa-core processor. It comes with 16GB of RAM. The Oppo Reno 13 runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5,600mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo Reno 13 supports wireless charging, as well as 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Reno 13 on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.
