SHOCKINGLY HORRIBLE service from FLIPKART

The washing machine I received was defective (the water doesn't stop draining), so I requested for a replacement as it comes with ??30 day Replacement Guarantee?? (or they say it does).
My request was denied?and got a call from flipkart saying that a technician will visit within 48 HOURS & check the machine? (Was supposed to be by 6th April)
On 6th I got a message ??We are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 08 Apr, 11:30 AM to get back to you.??
On 8th I didn't get any response from flipkart.
On 9th
I called Flipkart and *LUCKILY* my call went through, during which my call was transferred 4 times (they all asked the same questions and kept transferring the call to THE technical department over and over ) and then put me on hold?????.and said that a technician will visit and my problem will be resolved within 48 HOURS.
On the same day, I got another call from flipkart stating, that a technician from Onida will visit within next 48 hours that he is supposed to approve the replacement.
On 10th I got a call from Onida Nagpur (I am from Mumbai) branch that my request is placed in wrong city..
After that I have send them two mails and now I am just waiting for their reply??..
(I used *LUCKILY* because now I get computerized automated reply and after the call ends get this message-?Hi,

Yes now I am unable to contact them ....
