The item is delivered early and I am pleased with that. Wait a min, what about the installation? Its been sitting here for 4 days ... I have been waiting waiting and waiting for the installation.. pls do it ASAP I understand Onida is a good brand but how fast the service is? We expect fast installation for ACs and stuffs... hope onida management understands this and fix this once for all.. I will re-review once the product is installed tomorrow hopefully... I want to like you and give you more stars... again hope you wont Disappoint a customer Edit 1: Got a call from techie.. he said he is coming to install this evening woohoo its cool.. added more stats Edit 2: Ac has been installed... its working fine... the team was polite and friendly. the ac is very effective and good. got it installed from my service repairman for ₹1500 with stand.

AC delivered in just two days and on very second day it was installed. It has very good features at this price compared to other company ACs. It cools room in just 10mins. Outdoor unit makes very low noise. Value for money product.

Delivery on time, installation within 3 days with installation charge of ₹1500, Onida technician were professional & friendly. About the product, this compact 1ton 5 star inverter AC 2018 could cool a room size 14x12ft within 5-10mins.Thats beyond my expectation, love it. I have a 2 ton Panasonic & 1.5 ton Samsung installed in my home, 2ton is far powerful and cannot be compared.But with 1.5ton i feel there is not much difference regarding fan speed, air circulation, cooling speed, etc. So, what i mean is this compact onida 1 ton is quite powerful with very less noise.I kept my outdoor unit just outside of my window frame, no noise heard. Onida 1ton 5 star 2018 (inverter) having ISEER value 4.7(power efficiency), Will update the Power consumption after 2/3 months, Overall satisfied with the product for now.

i really confused in selection of ac....i was searched for past two weeks....finally i go these beast...about the ac. pros: 1.big compressor. 2. 5 star inverter 3. it is cooling 16X12 room so fast(31�c to 27�c in 10 min) 4. ifavar option is nice one which will set your setting 5. no noise at all. 6.room temperature display with ifeel option cons: remote doesnt have backlit nor glowing installation charged 1850 and stand as 800. so overall satisfied....

Brought this AC last week after analyzing many options... And I am glad that I did.The AC is easy to use, almost noiseless... You may not even feel that AC is ON... Brings a big room 14x12 ft to livable condition in less than 10 min.Received the product on time as promised and got it installed the next day... Installation costed 2250 with bracket but had to pay for core cutting extra.

I see issue with cooling. Even 9x9 room i see not quick cooling. But from energy saving perspective it is good product.

received the product well on time. also the installation, which was supposed to be done on 7th, was done on 3rd itself (next day of delivery). currently giving 4 star based on the service. will update the review after using the product for a few days 😊

You have to adjust the swing settings manually everytime and there is no light in remote, so it's very difficult to operate remote in the night time.

thanks to flipkart for delivered on time but onida having wrost service of installation in Kolkata, almost 8 days over and no updates from onida installation team.

waste product, worst service by Onida team, after the installation of product I have been chasing onida team continuously for ineffective cooling by this ac but no one cares once the product is sold. After many follow-up one of the service guy came after a weeks time to check but no actions taken. Now they are coming with the excuse that room is big, for 12�10 square feet room even if you run the AC for 8 hours the room temperature doesn't go below 30 degree.
