Nice experience as previous orders , delivery and installation was done within 04 days from the date of order booking.

The product is good, but PLEASE be aware that the installation process was a nightmare which no one should go through. Firstly the installation has to be done by Onida technician without which the warranty will not kick in, however getting a hold of the Onida Technician is a matter of chance and luck and if they at all show up at your house at the time convenient for you ( THE ANSWER IS NO) . Most importantly installation charges shall not be as per the TnCs provided by Flip kart but MORE EXPENSIVE as per the Onida installation charges, which in my case was 750/- and not 500-600/as suggested by Flipcart. Flip cart Call center was most unhelpful as the installation was done by Onida directly and not through thier authorized service providers and just kept telling me to wait till the next 2-3 working days. So although product maybe good, the installation service was traumatic and just for this reason i would not order such white goods online.
